One question a day is a habit, not a study plan
Daily questions work because of retrieval practice: pulling an answer out of memory strengthens it far more than rereading notes. But 365 questions a year will not get you to 162 on their own. The candidates who pass on the first attempt pair a daily question with concentrated timed blocks in the four to six weeks before test day — 20 to 40 questions per session, under the real 68-seconds-per-question clock.
Use the daily question to keep content warm and to spot the domains where your recall is shaky. When a rationale surprises you, that is your signal to go back to the underlying topic rather than move on.
